Trivia

Bruce Lee was working on Game of Death when he was told about the role in Enter the Dragon. He halted production of the film in order to focus on starring in Enter the Dragon with the intention of returning to his other film. Unfortunately, due to his untimely death, he was never able to finish it.

Bruce Lee suffered injuries during filming. One was when filming the fight with O'hara. Bob Wall mis-timed the bottle thrust and cut Bruce Lee's hand. Another was when handling a snake. Bruce Lee got bitten by the snake. Luckily the venom glands were removed.

This was Bruce Lee's last film to be completed.

Before release, alternate titles of the film were suggested to avoid audience confusion. One of them was "The Deadly Three", one of the film's trailer's taglines. Another title was Han's Island.

This is one of a few movies Bruce Lee did where his actual voice is used in the soundtrack.

The opening fight between Bruce Lee and Sammo Hung was shot after production due to Bruce Lee's request.

Roper and William's fates have been switched due to a request by John Saxon's agent.
